£36,000 – £38,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE up to £45,000) + Benefits
Are you a skilled Fabric Technician, Handyman, Carpenter, or Decorator looking for a secure and rewarding long-term role? Your Role as Fabric Technician Will Include:

Carrying out general estate maintenance and repairs
*
Carpentry, decorating, and finishing tasks to a high standard
*
Assisting with ad-hoc repair and property upkeep duties
*
Ensuring excellent customer service to residents and management
What We’re Looking For:

A recognised qualification in Carpentry or Decorating (or equivalent)
*
Previous experience as a Fabric Technician, Handyman, or in property maintenance
*
Strong all-round repair and maintenance skills
*
Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills
