Static Fabric Technician
A global leading building maintenance company have a key requirement for a Static Fabric Technician to join their team in Luton, Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire. A proactive attitude and good communication skills are necessary. The company is well established and boasts a culture of progression. There is on-site parking, as well as full facilities. The successful candidate must be within commutable distance of Luton.
The successful Static Fabric Technician will:
Static Fabric Technician will perform painting and decorating tasks
Static Fabric Technician will be hanging doors, repairing furniture and other carpentry work
Static Fabric Technician will carry out basic PPMs
Emergency lighting checks
Lamping
Fire alarm tests
Call out will be required
Static Fabric Technician will perform basic plumbing and electrical works
The successful Static Fabric Technician will have:
Static Fabric Technician will have experience in a similar maintenance role
Static Fabric Technician will have experience carrying out PPMs
Static Fabric Technician will be in commutable distance of Luton
Static Fabric Technician will be paid £33,000 - £34,000 basic PAYE + overtime + holiday
