Job Description
Our client is a small, friendly engineering company based in the Framlingham area looking for a Fabrication Machine Operator to join their growing team. This is a permanent position offering a varied and hands-on role within a supportive and skilled environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Operating a laser cutting machine
* Working on a press brake
* Carrying out other tasks such as drilling and tapping
* Assisting in general sheet metal fabrication
* Supporting other areas of the workshop as required
What we’re looking for:
* Experience of working with sheet metal in a fabrication environment
* Previous experience of working on laser cutting or press brake machines is a bonus
* A willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* A positive attitude and good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
