Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fabrications Manager for an established engineering company in Telford.
The company produces fabrications from start to finish, including design, manufacture, finishing and delivery/export.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of fabrication processes, an ability to deal with people at all levels and be an experienced manager, possibly with hands on knowledge of fabrication processes.
Main Duties include:
Day to day management of workforce and processes to ensure that quality fabrications are delivered on time
Liaison with Head of Sales regarding capacity and progress of orders
Once in place, the company has several targets that they would like the Fabrications Manager to meet going forward, which should be achieveable by the ideal candidateBefore You Apply
