DCT Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join a growing team based in the Flint area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
•Fabrication work in a well-equipped workshop
•MIG and TIG welding
•Occasional site work when required (CSCS card essential)
•Maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks
•Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a fabricator/welder
•Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding
•Ability to read and work from technical drawings
•Valid CSCS card (essential for site work)
•Flexible with working hours – may be required to work beyond standard finish time or leave earlier, depending on workload
Benefits:
•Weekly pay (PAYE)
•Overtime available at time and a half on weekends

Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (PAYE, depending on experience)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (Paid 37.5 hours per week)
