Job Description
We are working with a reputable and expereinced Fabrication Company who now need to enhance their team. A lot of the role will be workshop based, along with some site work from time to time. You will be part of a valued team.
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team, specializing in architectural metalwork including balustrades, stairways, handrails, and bespoke metal structures. This is a hands-on role where precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabrication and assembly of architectural metalwork (balustrades, stairways, handrails, etc.)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Operating fabrication machinery and tools safely and effectively
• Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations
• Collaborating with site teams for installation when required
Requirements
• Proven experience in metal fabrication, ideally within architectural projects
• Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and technical plans
• Strong welding skills (MIG/TIG)
• Knowledge of finishing techniques (polishing, grinding, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CSCS card or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
The working week is Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.
Great location, great rates of pay.
