Welder Fabricator
£17.00 to £20.38 per hour
We are recruiting experienced Welder Fabricators to join a rapidly expanding engineering business. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a Welder Fabricator who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to work on a wide variety of materials and projects, including aerospace and F1 components.
As a Welder Fabricator, you will work across different alloys and component types, using TIG welding on thin-gauge metals. The Welder Fabricator will follow engineering drawings, maintain precise tolerances, and contribute to a high-standard production environment while having the opportunity to develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
TIG weld thin-gauge metals up to 3.5mm
Fabricate components in stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel, or titanium
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Maintain high standards of quality and precision across all work
Work across a variety of jobs and materials, supporting continuous learning and improvementEssential Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator or TIG Welder
Experience welding stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel, or titanium
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Attention to detail with pride in quality workmanship
Willingness to learn and develop additional skillsBenefits
£17.00–£20.38 per hour, depending on experience
4-day working week, Monday to Thursday
Overtime available Fridays and Saturdays at time and a half
Over 5 weeks’ paid leave, increasing to 6 weeks with service
