Fabricator/Welder
💰 £31,600 – £35,500 per annum + OT + Bonus + Benefits
📍 Alcester (2025), moving to near Cheltenham (GL54) in early 2026
🚘 Driving essential due to rural locations
You’ll join a small, dedicated team and play a key role in the fabrication of bespoke components. MIG & TIG welding experience, along with brake press operation, are key. We’re also open to training motivated individuals in CNC & laser machinery. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a great attitude are what we’re after.

🚘 Driving essential due to rural locations
A hands-on leadership role, you'll take ownership of team performance, scheduling, and output in a well-equipped fabrication environment (CNCs, lathe, laser, brake press, welding bays). You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to lead from the front, manage resources smartly, and inspire high standards and team spirit. Brake press experience is a must.

⏰ Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm
