Job Title: Fabricator (x4 Positions Available)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: 06:00 AM – 14:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Coleshill
About the Role:
We are currently seeking four Fabricators to join a well-established and expanding manufacturing operation. Working on the early shift, you will play a key role in the fabrication of high-quality metal products, supporting production targets and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
* Carry out metal fabrication tasks including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembling components
* Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete fabrication projects on time
* Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations to a high standard of cleanliness and safety
* Follow all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
* Report any defects, faults, or safety issues to supervisors promptly
* Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas for better processes or efficiencies
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a fabricator role, ideally within a manufacturing or metalworking environment
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
* Experience using basic fabrication tools
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
* Health & Safety awareness and commitment to working safely
Desirable Qualifications (not essential):
* NVQ or City & Guilds in Fabrication, Welding, or related discipline
* Forklift truck license or overhead crane experience
