Fabricator Welders – Permanent Newly Introduced Retention Bonus Scheme – rewarding long-term commitment Day Shift £15.97ph | Back Shift £18.32ph | Overtime to £36.64ph+
We’re hiring experienced Fabricator Welders to join a busy modular fabrication team near Sherburn on the A64. These are permanent, full-time roles offering consistent overtime, fixed shifts, and long-term job security — now with a new retention incentive recognising loyalty and reliability.
The site will relocate to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in 2026, so this is a great opportunity for candidates based around Scarborough, York, Selby, Malton, Tadcaster, Pickering and surrounding areas.
Shifts & Pay:
Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:00 – £15.97/hr
Back Shift: Mon–Wed, 16:30–02:30, Thu 16:30–02:00 – £18.32/hr
Overtime: x1.5 Mon–Sat | x2 Sun (paid after 37.5 hrs)
What you’ll do:
Fabricate and MIG weld modular steel frames from drawings
Set out, assemble and tack up using jigs
Grind, dress and prep fabrications for paint
Work to internal quality and traceability standardWhat we’re looking for:
Time-served Fabricator Welder (structural, modular or general fabrication)
Confident working from engineering drawings
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent hands-on experience
Reliable, accurate and quality-focused team playerWhat you’ll get:
