Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a busy and well-equipped fabrication workshop in High Wycombe. The role involves working from technical drawings to fabricate and weld a wide range of bespoke metal components and structural assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent fabrication skills, and experience operating workshop machinery such as rollers, folders, and guillotines.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate metal components and assemblies using MIG/TIG welding techniques.
*
Interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings and specifications.
*
Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, rollers, folding machines, and guillotines.
*
Carry out marking out, cutting, drilling, and finishing of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium materials.
*
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets dimensional and aesthetic standards.
*
Assist with fitting, assembly, and on-site installation when required.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company health and safety policies.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
*
Strong MIG welding skills (TIG and Stick welding advantageous).
*
Proficient in the use of fabrication and sheet metal machinery (rolling, folding, cutting, etc.).
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
