Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, and flux-core techniques.
Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to specification.
Work with a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and duplex.
Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety procedures.
Be flexible to work overtime when required.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication (ideally 8+ years).
Ability to weld to recognised industry standards.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications:
Time-served or equivalent vocational qualification in welding/fabrication.
Current coding in MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding preferred.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.Working Hours & Pay:
Standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime opportunities.
