Welder Fabricator - Up to £18ph + INCREASED Overtime - South Woodham Ferrers
I'm working with a long-standing, high-quality welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers - and they're looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.
If you're confident with MIG and TIG welding and want a role that offers varied work, regular overtime, and a solid, supportive team, this could be your next move.
The Offer:
Up to £18.00 per hour
Overtime at 1.33x weekdays/Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Free on-site parking
Occasional on-site work for variety
What You'll Be Doing:
MIG and TIG welding on a range of metalwork projects
General fabrication duties in the workshop
Reading from fabrication drawings
Supporting the team and jumping in where needed
What You'll Need:
Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
Confident fabricating and working from drawings
A team-focused mindset and willingness to get stuck in
