Fabricator welder I Burton-upon-trent I Up to £17.00 per hour I Day shifts I Immediate start
A well-established engineering business based in Burton-upon-trent are looking for a fabricator welder to join their shop floor.
The role would be well suited to an individual with a strong background in fabrication and welding with the ability to work from drawings confidently.
Day to day duties will include:
• Fabricating from scratch
• Working with heavy duty steel
• MIG welding
• Working from engineering drawings
• Marking out parts
• Using saws and drills when required
What we are looking for in a successful candidate would be as follows:
• A skilled fabricator and welder
• The ability to work from technical drawings
• Previous experience using fabrication machinery including a guillotine and press brake
• MIG welding skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and use your own initiative
