Job Description
We are currently recruiting a multi-skilled welder/fabricator in the Wrexham area to undertake a wide variety of stainless steel, carbon and aluminium fabrication projects ranging from bespoke structures such as access platforms, framework etc through to machinery production and batch work.
You will be responsible for joining metal using a variety of techniques, often to form new structures. Duties may include cutting and welding materials according to technical plans to make specialist bespoke equipment.
You will need to have:
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Be able to produce cutting lists
* Able to operate a band saw and associated metal cutting equipment
You must have either full City & Guilds level 1, 2 &3 OR NVQ level 1, 2 ,3 with a minumum 5 years post apprenticeship experience
With BSEN1090 coding’s in Butt & Fillet Welds
Hours
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm
Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Overtime available when required
Rate of pay £16.50-£18.50 depending on experienceBefore You Apply
