Job Description
Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:
We are looking for Fabricator Welders for permanent positions based in the Barnsley area.
This is to start as soon as possible.
Pay rate are
MIG & TIG Welding - £17.30 per hourThis will be general welding & fabrication of pipe work and mild steel, so must be able to read from drawings.
NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding would be expected.
Main duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate:
Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.
Maintaining records of personal development and training.
To accurately read technical drawings which are provided by the design team.
Undertake any welding works required to ensure the correct and safe production of components.
Maintenance of plant and equipment.
To fabricate items in mild steel and stainless steel including marking out setting up and welding.
MIG/TIG welding.
Keeping scrap to a minimum
Wear all PPE at all times when carrying out works and when around the factoryIn the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.
