Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our Client's team. The role will primarily involve MIG welding, with some TIG work, working on mild steel ranging from 2mm to 15mm.
Key Responsibilities
*
MIG welding on mild steel components (2mm – 15mm)
*
Occasional TIG welding as required
*
Fabrication of steel structures and components to drawings/specifications
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
*
Grinding, finishing, and quality-checking welds to ensure high standards
*
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator
*
Competent in MIG welding; TIG welding experience desirable
*
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Good understanding of health & safety practices in a workshop environment
