Are you a Welder/Fabricator that wants to work for a local, well-established company who values their employees and give you an early finish on a Friday!
This is a great opportunity for a Fabricator/Welder to work for a growing, specialist metal fabrication company that works in multiple sectors including construction, furniture, signage, transportation and looking to diversify. From first sketches to final installation, the team delivers high-quality results in mild steel, sheet metal, cutting, forming, and unique architectural projects.
In this role you will be expected to carry out MIG and TIG welding, operating power tools including press brake, guillotine, grinders ETC… You will also be expected to independently interpret drawings and & written/verbal instructions, in addition to this you will be responsible for the manufacturing & finishing of products from jigs to one off bespoke fabrications, whilst maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
The ideal Fabricator/Welder would be someone who has a level 3 in welding who can get on with tasks off their own initiative and can be the "go to person in the workshop". They also must be local to the Hull area. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.

Looking at your work pack for the day and getting to work on the task (MIG, TIG welding) on
Producing products from jigs to one off fabrications
Working independently on drawing and written/verbal instructions.The Person
