Facade Manager – Immediate Requirement
📍 Cardiff | ⏱ Immediate Start | 📅 12+ Months Work

We are seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a prestigious multi-million pound construction project in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile development with a respected contractor, offering long-term work (12 months+) and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Overseeing all façade and external envelope works on a large-scale project

  * 

    Managing façade subcontractors and coordinating site activities

  * 

    Ensuring installation is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards

  * 

    Liaising with project managers, design teams, and specialist engineers

  * 

    Monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with specifications

  * 

    Maintaining site health & safety and ensuring all façade works meet regulations

Requirements:

  * 

    Proven experience managing façade packages (cladding, curtain walling, glazing systems, etc.)

  * 

    Previous experience on large, multi-million pound construction projects

  * 

    Strong understanding of façade systems, installation processes, and sequencing

  * 

    Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

  * 

    Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * 

    Ability to start ASAP
