Job Description
Clearfield require an experienced facade manager in Brighton, East Sussex working for a family run contractor.
This is permanent position and experience of working on new build schemes would be advantageous.
Working on a live residential block, the initial role will to be lead a PCSA investigation for the existing facade. This will include leading specialist subcontractors in their investigations, documenting findings and reinstating.
The facade on various elevations is made up of rain screen cladding, brickwork and render.
The role will be initially based on a project in Brighton, with future projects likely based in Surrey and into London.
