Facade Site Manager – Loughborough18-Month Project Immediate StartAre you an experienced Facade Site Manager looking for your next flagship project?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Principal Facade Contractor, with work starting imminently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile project involving a range of façade systems, working with one of the industry's most respected contractors.

Scope of Works:
Doors & Windows
Curtain Walling
Rainscreen Cladding
GRC PanelsKey Responsibilities:
Essential part of your role with be Quality Assurance.
Managing all day-to-day site operations from installation through to completion.
Coordinating and supervising site teams, subcontractors and labour.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Carrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring full compliance with company procedures and legislation.
Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
Reviewing and implementing RAMS.
Coordinating material deliveries, storage and logistics.
Liaising with the client, main contractor, design teams and internal management.
Monitoring programme progress and reporting any delays or issues.
Managing snagging, defects and ensuring successful project handover.
Keeping accurate site records, diaries and progress reports.
Attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations, CWCT standards and project specifications.
Driving productivity whilst maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.Essential Requirements:SMSTS

First Aid at Work
Proven experience managing façade packages including Curtain Walling, Cladding, Windows & Doors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
