A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Management Account Director to lead a large Hard FM team delivering a complex PFI healthcare contract in Lancashire.
This role requires a confident and proactive leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards across a demanding environment. You’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring full compliance, and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a large Hard FM team to deliver high-performing services
Oversee operational, financial, and contractual performance across the estate
Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Promote a positive culture focused on quality, safety, and accountability
About You:
Proven experience leading large-scale FM contracts, ideally within healthcare or PFI
Strong financial and commercial management skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
