Temporary Facilicites Administrator, Belfast, £13.00ph, Weekly pay
We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Facilities Administrator for our Student Accommodation client based Belfast BT15.
You will be supporting the successful facilities team where your daily duties will include:
Logging maintenance requests and issues onto the system.
Keeping up to date with compliance and health and safety procedures.
Oversee CRM systems.
Raising PO’s and invoices.
End of tenancy processes.
Updating and managing live maintenance tasks.
Managing the repairs inbox.
The ideal candidate:
Ideally have proven facilities and/or property admin experience.
Basic health and safety knowledge.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Can work flexible shifts including weekends where required.
Strong organisational skills.
