We're seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities and Estates Manager to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Kirkham. The Role 🛠️
As our Facilities and Estates Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our school's physical operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and strategic development of our school's buildings, grounds, and facilities. Key responsibilities include:
Facilities Management: Overseeing all aspects of site maintenance, including cleaning, security, and repairs.
Health and Safety: Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and managing risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within a school or similar public sector setting.
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, fire safety).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
