Role: Facilities & Health & Safety Support
Location: Dorking, Surrey (parking on-site)
Term: Temporary Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (review in January)
Rate: £13 - £16 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Compliance - Review and update risk assessments to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry best practice.
Contractor Coordination - Arrange and manage contractor visits for planned works, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed in advance.
Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day admin support, including document control, meeting organisation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
You'll bring strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure the smooth running of facilities operations and full compliance with H&S requirements.
