I am working with a client who are looking to boost their maintenance team by adding a specific facilities and buildings maintenance technician to their team, working a normal Monday to Friday day shift this is well established business and due to their they are regarded as a “recession proof” industry, this would suit someone who has been working in a mobile role but looking to be a static engineer
What you will be doing:
Conducting the daily and weekly check of all site facilities and buildings
Complete minor repairs including but not limited to Fabric, Plumbing etc
Sourcing and liaising with external contractors for major works
Monitoring and testing of security and fire systems
Supporting the site engineers with any minor maintenance across the site
Skills Experience
Have proven experience working in a similar role
NVQ Level 3 in any trade discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC etc)
Proven Technical skills in buildings maintenance
Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels
