In this role you will support the day-to-day care, safety, and security of the school site. Working as part of the wider Site team, you'll assist with general maintenance, health and safety checks, room setups, and ensuring the school remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place for staff, students, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be practical, reliable, and keen to work as part of a team. Some previous experience in a site, facilities, caretaker, or maintenance role would be beneficial - but training will be provided, and a can-do attitude is just as important. You'll be someone who takes pride in doing a job well and supporting the wider school community.

The Role:
* Assist with the general upkeep and safety of the school site.
* Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Help set up rooms for events and day-to-day school activities.
* Carry out basic repairs, checks, and inspections as required.
* Support the Site team with opening/locking duties and health & safety procedures.
The Person:
* Practical, hands-on, and reliable.
* Some experience in facilities, maintenance or caretaking (preferred but not essential).
* A team player who takes pride in their work.
* Willing to learn and take on training.
* Flexible and able to support occasional evening/weekend activities.
