Job Description
Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant/Caretaker for our client based in Greater Manchester.
Working Hours: 38 hours per week, working 10-hour shifts. Shifts can fall on any day including weekends, on average 1 out of 3 weekends will be worked.
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract Length: Initial 3 months, opportunity to extend depending upon performance
Duties:
Working alongside our client to ensure compliance requirements are met
Minor DIY
Flexibility for a diverse role that can offer new challenges every day
Basic cleaning
Driving between sites in a company vehicle
Key handling
Opening and closing of various buildings
General cleaning duties and external work (e.g., grounds maintenance and external cleaning)
Conducting safety inspections of signage and life buoys
Emptying waste binsRequirements:
Must have current, valid driving licence
Valid DBS check or willing to get one
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
