About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to support the effective delivery of Facilities Management Services to one of our key strategic clients, based at a static site located in Cheadle, UK.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Deliver highly professional, customer-focused service.
Provide support and guidance to ensure efficient and safe work processes.
Build a trusted relationship with the client and contribute to Macro’s growth by supporting the management team in operational activities and opportunity development.
Manage building operations and maintenance requirements at the client site.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
Ensure service level agreements are met through daily communication with stakeholders and the client.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  * Good working knowledge of building management or commercial fast paced environment.
  * Commercial competence and relevant qualifications in a related industry.
  * Professional qualification in an associated field
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  * Experience in contract management
  * Fluency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  * Previous experience as a member of the Facilities team in a corporate environment.
  * Basic Health and Safety qualifications, including knowledge of RAMS, Permit to Work, and compliance paperwork.
Additional Advantages:

  * Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
