A major city-centre leisure destination is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support operations during peak evening trading and ensure a consistent service level across both day and night. This full-time role is best suited to someone who enjoys being visible on site, supporting tenants, managing incidents and maintaining high standards within a busy nighttime environment.
While most shifts take place during evening trade (typically 4pm–1am), the role includes flexibility for early starts, later finishes, further weekend work, and occasional daytime cover when the Building Manager is on annual leave.
What you’ll do
* Act as the on-site lead during peak evening trade
* Complete handovers with the daytime Building Manager
* Support tenants (bars, restaurants, event hosts) and oversee small events
* Maintain building presentation, safety checks and closing procedures
* Manage incidents appropriately and escalate when required
* Oversee contractor access and scheduled works
* Provide daytime cover as needed (e.g., during Building Manager leave)
What you’ll bring
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential due to licensed activity)
* Experience in hospitality, security supervision, FOH, leisure or busy public-facing environments
* Confident, calm decision-making during late-night operations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfort managing a building independently
* Willingness to work flexible hours within a full-time contract
Why apply
* Full-time role with structured evening focus
* Clear pathway into Building Management or Facilities Management
* Opportunity to work for a major managing agent
* Exposure to tenant relationships, FM processes, H&S, and night-time operations
