Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their busy organisation. You will be physically fit, enjoy interacting with internal and external staff and like to have a varied day,
You are likely to have some admin expertise and be confident with both word and excel, having accurate keyboard skills. You will be able to lift equipment where required and walk a lot around the building delivering post etc. You will frank outgoing mail, logging files for digital storage and arrange collections and destruction of hard copy data. You will oversee the weekly fire alarm drills and undertake building inspections as required.
The corporate offices are based in St Albans and you will need to be a car driver as you will be expected to run errands where required.
In return the company offer a salary up to £28000.
