Key Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and maintain office equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.) Respond to the facilities inbox and manage related requests promptly Support office moves, workstation setup, and meeting room coordination Maintain cleanliness and presentation of client areas and shared spaces Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and training sessions Reserve parking, manage post and deliveries, and transport items between offices Oversee fire alarm testing, building inspections, and maintenance tasks Maintain the property register, asset log, and document storage systems Provide reception cover and general administrative support when needed  If you’re ready to take ownership in a varied facilities role within a forward-thinking legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.
