Mobile Facilities Engineer - Electrical Bias - Client side -Glasgow - £37,500 plus van - No on call and no weekend work!
CBW have a new opportunity for an Electrical bias Facilities Engineer to join a maintenance team in the Central Belt. This will be working client side and looking after 6 properties in Glasgow. The client is looking for someone that holds their electrical 18th edition but can also undertake a variety of other maintenance duties.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 37.5 hour week
Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
Able to undertake other maintenance duties when required : Plumbing, Painting & Decorating Package & Benefits :
