Salary: £38,000
Bonus: £2,000 to £5,000 annually

Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Our client has an exciting opening for a Facilities Engineer to join their dedicated team in Halesowen. The engineers play a crucial role in maintaining a range of building infrastructure and associated facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the continuous provision of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
Maintain office, factory, and associated facilities to high standards.
Protect building infrastructure.
Reactive repair of various equipment and facilities.
Operate ancillary equipment.
Liaise with contractors.
Supervise apprentices.
Skills and Experience Required of the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
3+ years in Facilities Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work with power tools.
Eligible to work in the UK, full clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications for the Maintenance Facilities Engineer:
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or BTEC Level 3.
IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
Understanding of hydraulic systems (training provided).
Welding and fabrication experience.
Experience with industrial doors and loading bay systems.
