My client is seeking a skilled Facilities Helpdesk Operative to join their team in Horley on a one-month contract. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling reactive calls from both the public and employees, accurately raising faults, and distributing these to the appropriate engineering teams. The role demands strong initiative and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
