What You Will Do:
Plan, organise, and schedule the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Develop and implement plans and programmes to meet current and future space and facility requirements.
Monitor and inspect buildings and equipment to ensure utility systems are fully operational, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations, ensuring financial efficiency.
Evaluate completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Support the safety and security functions of the facilities as required.
What You Will Bring:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Paint Repair.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, while also influencing others through clear communication of policies and practices.
A proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
