360 Connections Group Ltd are working with an icon of British fashion with a global presence.
We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor Driver to ensure the continued smooth operation of the building through day to day maintenance activities.
Your duties will include but not be limited to
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment, systems and furniture as required.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
* Assist with the palletising of waste, loading onto collection vehicles and ensuring correct paperwork is in order
* Placing orders with suppliers over the phone and online
* Obtain quotes and assist with selecting cost-effective solutions. Schedule and supervise work carried out by external contractors.
* Have keyholder responsibilities, including out of office call outs.
* Assist with the roll out of the computerised maintenance management system
Skills & Experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
* Must be confident to take things apart as needed to diagnose and fix the issues
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety and safe systems of work
* Good communication skills and computer literate required to place orders and look for parts when required
* Must be physically fit as the role required some lifting and dismantling of heavy objects
* Forklift certificate and IPAF preferred but not essential
* Must have a driving licence
Pay and Benefits
* Pay rate £15.38per hour to £16.92
* Temp to Perm (pay between £29k-£35k when perm)
* Pension after qualifying period
* Free on site parking
* 28 days holiday pro rata
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm however there may be occasional times when you will be required to work outside of these hours when contractors are booked to attend site
You will have a number of years solid experience and able to demonstrate your skills and experience by providing commercial references.
