Job Title: Account Manager / Reactive Maintenance Scheduler/helpdesk coordinator
Salary: 32K/annum +
Location: Huddersfield (Fully In Office)
Start Date: 01/11/2025
I'm currently working with a company who is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Reactive Maintenance Scheduler/helpdesk coordinator to koin a Facilities Management team in Huddersfield.
Experience
Minimum of 3No years in a similar role advantageous.
Must understand process driven scheduling of reactive and planned work.
Must have good grammatical and English skills.
Must have excellent IT knowledge (understanding of scheduling and rostering systems generally, is important). Knowledge of elogbooks, Dwellant and Concerto client side software systems will also be a very large advantage for any Applicant.
Must be able to converse well over the phone, with a pleasant demeanour.
Ideally will have experience speaking with and co-ordinating field-based Engineers, Trades, Sub-Contractors and client-side helpdesk operatives.
May also have responsibilities for sourcing sub-contractors.
An understanding of facilities management services and security services would be preferred.
Must be able to work at a very quick pace to cope with demands.
Must show attention to fine detail.
Must be ambitious and keen to progress in a growing business.
Must show initiative and have the ability to problem solve.
Education
Must have high school qualifications in English and Maths
Ideally will have 'A' Level (or equivalent) educational qualifications, or further educational qualifications
Key Skill-sets
We're looking for an energetic, dynamic person to own and develop a role within our business. Working as part of a small office based team the successful candidate will be reliable, keen to develop a career and must be able to show initiative.
Working in a genuinely positive environment, a 'can-do' attitude is essential to fit in.
The ability to work at a fast pace is also essential, logging and scheduling emergency response jobs whilst noting and logging key details is essential.
Excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. You must be able to communicate exceptionally at all levels along the service chain and will have daily dialogue with Clients, Directors, Engineers and Contractors.
