We’re looking for a FM Coordinator to join an outstanding local charity who support with homeless,young people, families in need and the local community.
In this role, you’ll support the staff, young residents, and service users by managing the FM services of the charity's HQ in overseeing office coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance protocols.
Key Details:
📍 Location: Westminster, London
💷 Salary: £30,000 (pro rata if part-time)
🕒 Hours: 35/week (28/week considered)
📅 Contract: Permanent
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Supporting daily operations at HQ
✔ Managing office functions – from supplies to meeting room setups
✔ Coordinating building access and supporting maintenance and safety
✔ Playing a key part in delivering services to vulnerable young people and families
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in office/facilities coordination
✅ Strong communication, IT and record-keeping skills
✅ A flexible, hands-on, and proactive approach
✅ A commitment to our mission of ending homelessness
