Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a national property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.
The Facilities Manager role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibility for all hard FM services.
Managing relationships with tenants on a large commercial site
Ensure pre-planned and reactive maintenance work is carried out on common areas in a timely manner
Liaise with contractors and landscapers
Manage security provision on-site
First point of contact for all tenants
The successful individual will have:
MUST have 3 years' experience within a similar role
EXCEPTIONAL communication skills
IOSH, NEBOSH certified
MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
