Position Details: Hourly Rate: £15 per hour, 40 hours per week (9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday) Working Pattern: Full Time, fully office - based What You'll Do: As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings located in Heathrow and Ashford. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the facilities, including contacting vendors for building issues and ensuring security coverage. Ordering essential supplies such as catering, stationery, and cleaning materials. Conducting inductions for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Performing fire alarm testing, assisting the facilities team on various projects, and taking on reception duties as needed. Greeting visitors with a warm smile, assisting with parcel deliveries, and directing calls. Booking meeting rooms and maintaining organised filing and scanning of documents. Raising purchase orders and liaising with vendors and suppliers to keep our facilities running smoothly. Approving invoices, requesting payments, and setting up new suppliers in the iSupplier system.
