Facilities Manager
12-18 month fixed term contract
Liverpool
£46k plus car allowance £5.7K
Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the business for a 12-18month FTC covering maternity leave.
The Role
Overseeing a contract running over 4 schools on the Wirral (near Liverpool)
Managing 3 caretakers and 13 cleaning staff
Liaising with headteachers, Head of Business and client
Ensuring that the contractual KPIs are being met
Reports
The Person
Must have PFI experience
Must have experience of working within Facilities Management within a similar capacity.
Working within the education sector an advantage
