Facilities Manager – Total Facilities Management Services
We have the perfect role for an established Facilities Manager who would like to move to the next level in their career and be the principal person in managing the delivery of total FM services to a major commercial venue that has international status.
In this position you will have the autonomy to run your own FM division with the support of a senior FM Director. You will be involved in the client liaison, team management, identifying areas of growth on the contracts, directing the team in providing quotations for additional works, producing management reports and dealing with personnel and specialist sub-contractors.
The Package for Facilities Manager
This role comes with a salary of £50,000 basic plus bonus scheme plus additional training funds if you are working towards professional FM qualifications.
You will be expected to take part in developing client relationships, so this will suit someone who is gregarious with good social skills and a people person.
The Role of the Facilities Manager
You will be joining a very well-established management team on a very specific key client account that has been in the business for many years and is expected to grow even further.
The company provides a total Facilities Management Service to a large portfolio of commercial offices, mixed used events centres and retail environments.
The company delivers a total FM package to its clients which includes M&E, Cleaning, Security, Grounds and Infrastructure.
As the contract grows you can develop your team around you and as the profit increases so will your salary and benefits.
