Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently working with a private property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele who are seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Chertsey.
Salary £45,000 + OT
Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm) Flexibility when busy in peak summer months
Overtime – 1.5x over 40 hours and Unlimited allowed
Extras – 1 in 4 weekend which includes a call out rota (May - October)
Location - Southall
Key responsibilities:
· Operation & maintenance of H&V plant, including pumps, motors, actuators etc.
· Daily boiler room & plant checks.
· Maintaining commercial kitchen plant & equipment.
· Carry out works on LV electrical installations, including install, fault finding & general maintenance.
· Undertaking scheduled installations & maintenance on the above.
· Fault finding, diagnosis & carrying out repair or replacement of equipment.
· Managing stock & supplies of equipment, Source materials from local suppliers and manufacturers.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
· BEng or level 2 diploma particularly in mechanical, production or electrical engineering.
· 18th Edition IEE wiring Requirements
· Knowledge of current Building Regulations.
· Full clean UK driving licence.
