Position: Facilities Supervisor (Electrical)
 Salary: £32,000-£35,000 + On-Call Allowance

Location: Wirral
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00

We are recruiting for a facilities supervisor with an electrical bias to support maintenance activities across multiple sites. This role involves overseeing facilities operations, supervising a small team, and ensuring a responsive maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, testing and repairs
Oversee general site maintenance (plumbing, painting, fabric repairs, etc.).
Supervise the on-site Facilities team and delegate tasks
Act as primary contact for contractors on site
Manage facilities helpdesk requests and prioritise workloads
Support planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and electrical regulations
Participate in on-call rota as requiredRequirements

Ideally electrically qualified 
Previous facilities or maintenance experience
Ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines
Strong communication and team supervision skills
