Facilities Support Coordinator 12-month initial contract Onsite working - Irvine, California $34.91 per hour - $41.67 per hour, 40 hrs pw About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in California, who are seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to join their team Job Description As Facilities Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities include: Support operational and logistical activities, during facility transition Ensuring smooth asset disposition, shipping and receiving processes, and general facilities support Coordinate and document the transfer, disposal, and relocation of company assets Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments Assist with setup, organisation, and maintenance of workspaces, during the transition Qualifications/Skills needed High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
