* Be Part of a Legacy – Contribute to the operations of one of the most recognised design practices globally.
The Role
As a Facilities Technician, you’ll be part of a close-knit, proactive team responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance and safety of our London headquarters. This includes:

* Conducting regular inspections, fault diagnostics, and minor repairs.
* Coordinating with external contractors and service providers to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Monitoring BMS and building alarms, responding swiftly to any issues that arise.
* Supporting office and studio reconfigurations, relocations, and events.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Logging activities and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and incidents.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from a wide range of practical and technical backgrounds, especially those with:
* Experience in building services, mechanical or electrical maintenance, or general facilities support.
* Confidence using basic tools and testing equipment.
* A good understanding of H&S procedures and a proactive attitude toward safe working.
* The ability to stay calm and focused when problems arise.
* A flexible, positive approach to work — no two days will be exactly the same.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
