Facilities Works Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term
Salary: £43,000 – £44,000
We’re seeking a Facilities Works Manager to deliver and oversee small works projects across a secure site as part of a dynamic facilities management team. This position requires the successful candidate to obtain security clearance prior to starting.
Key Responsibilities for Facilities Works Manager
Manage the end-to-end delivery of small works projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
Maintain full compliance with health & safety protocols and project documentation proceduresWhat We’re Looking For from Facilities Works Manager
Proven experience managing projects, ideally in facilities management or construction
Solid understanding of small works execution and contract delivery
Strong communication and coordination skills across various stakeholders
Experience in secure or government environments is advantageous
