Facility Manager - Position Summary
Reporting to the VP Europe, you'll lead operations across departments, ensuring top performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll drive efficiency, empower teams, and help shape the strategic direction of a growing aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Excellence:
Streamline workflows, reduce waste, and ensure effective resource allocation.
Performance & Cost Management:
Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Leadership & Culture:
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
Strategic & Project Planning:
Support long-term operational strategy and manage expansion projects.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
Champion service excellence and nurture strong client relationships.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
Oversee inventory and logistics to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred).
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or aviation compliance knowledge (EASA/FAA/Part 145) is a plus.
Experience:
8-10 years in operations or MRO, with a track record in leadership, strategy, and improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Strategic thinker, strong communicator, data-driven, and team-oriented.
