Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Barwell for a Factory Labourer to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Factory Labourer Job Details & Benefits;
* £676-£832 per week
* Additional paid overtime opportunities available plus a rate increase when permanent which includes a weekly bonus meaning further earning potential
* Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm & 7am-3pm Fridays, inc Paid breaks
* Weekly pay

* 29 days holiday per year
* No bank holiday working

Factory Labourer Job Details;
* Set up mixers ready for daily production
* Complete maintenance and safety checks and record them on the system
* Wash down mixers during and at the end of the shift
* Liaise with the production team to alter mixes as required
* Receive and check all product delivered
* Order material with suppliers
* Monitor and reduce product waste
* Support the lab team and other departments when required
* Basic housekeeping throughout the shift
* Operation of FLT, Loading Shovel and Telehandler
The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit.
Factory Labourer Person Specification;
* Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
* Own transport required due to location and hours
